The Rules That Govern Your Account

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "qq11" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the qq11 online casino platform operating at qq11.onl and all associated services, game lobbies, cashier functions, and customer support channels.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with qq11, accesses the platform, or uses any qq11 service.

• "Real Money Balance" — the PKR balance in your qq11 account derived from actual deposits and verified withdrawal-eligible winnings, excluding active bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total PKR amount you must wager using bonus funds before those funds and any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "These Terms" — this Terms & Conditions document in its current version as published at qq11.onl/terms-and-conditions.

To create a qq11 account you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including a valid Pakistan mobile number; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law; (d) not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with qq11 or any gaming platform that prohibits you from holding an active account; and (e) not be acting on behalf of any third party.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active qq11 account. Registering more than one account — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, or different Pakistan mobile numbers — constitutes a violation of these Terms. qq11 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with the duplicate registration.

qq11 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), utility bill, or payment method statement. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

By registering an account with qq11, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you agree to update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qq11 account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. qq11 will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel including Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email. If you receive any communication purporting to be from qq11 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.

You must notify qq11 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. qq11 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your account during such investigation to protect your PKR balance.

qq11 strongly recommends that all Pakistan players activate two-step verification from the account security settings panel. This feature sends a one-time code to your registered Pakistan mobile number each time your account is accessed from a new device, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

All qq11 account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). qq11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistan-native payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and MCB Bank internet banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at qq11's discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash typically credit to your qq11 balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or MCB Bank may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. qq11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may levy a transaction fee at their own discretion.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified qq11 accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method registered on your account that was used for your most recent deposit. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity.

• All withdrawals require identity verification to have been completed on the account before funds are released.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• qq11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above 50,000 PKR.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• In cases where qq11 reasonably suspects fraud or money laundering, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation, in compliance with applicable Pakistan financial regulations.

qq11 offers various promotional bonuses to Pakistan players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the HBL Pakistan Super League. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion's detail page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus terms that apply to all qq11 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your qq11 bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated on the specific promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus credit unless a different period is specified on the promotion page. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period.
• qq11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or void a bonus at any time if evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of technical errors is found.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per registered Pakistan mobile number.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of the wagering and withdrawal mechanism described herein.

All games available on qq11 — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, Prize Feature Slots, Fortune Tiger, Jackpot Slots, and Cockfighting — are operated by certified game providers using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable, or live-streamed broadcasts verified for integrity. qq11 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game software failure — qq11's policy is as follows:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical malfunction, the wager placed will be returned to your qq11 balance in full.
• If a malfunction occurs after a game result has been determined and settled, the settled result stands and qq11 will not reverse a confirmed payout.
• qq11 is not liable for losses caused by your own internet disconnection or device failure during an active game round.
• Any wagers placed on Cockfighting markets are subject to the published Cockfighting house rules, which govern bout voidance, dead heat situations, and disqualification outcomes.

qq11 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, resulted from a software bug, or exploited a clearly incorrect price or payout posted due to human or technical error. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to your PKR balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination at qq11's discretion, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Pakistan financial and law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with qq11 games or the cashier outside of normal human play.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any qq11 game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker games or coordinating Cockfighting bets to guarantee outcomes.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using qq11 accounts as a transit vehicle for funds not related to legitimate casino play.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing legitimate qq11 transactions with your payment provider after receiving casino services.
• Exploitation of software errors, display bugs, or incorrectly published odds or payouts that are clearly outside normal ranges.
• Creating or operating a qq11 account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using qq11 while subject to an active self-exclusion agreement with the platform.
• Any conduct that disrupts, harms, or imposes an unreasonable load on qq11's platform infrastructure.

qq11 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Pakistan players, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on PKR deposits. Changes to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Changes to increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction lasting 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which you cannot log in or deposit. Activated immediately on request.

qq11 does not target or direct marketing communications toward players who are subject to self-exclusion or cooling-off periods. Players who have self-excluded and are approached with marketing in error should notify qq11's support team immediately.

All content on the qq11 platform — including but not limited to the qq11 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of qq11 or its licensed third-party game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the qq11 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any qq11 content without prior written authorisation from qq11. Unauthorised use of qq11's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq11's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the value of the player's real money PKR balance at the time the claim arises.

qq11 shall not be liable for: (a) losses arising from your own gambling decisions, regardless of whether those decisions were influenced by information presented on the qq11 platform; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind; (c) losses resulting from platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or telecommunications failures; (d) losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security as described in Section 3 of these Terms.

qq11 collects and processes personal data from Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at qq11.onl/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the complete legal agreement between you and qq11.

By registering a qq11 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected at registration, data generated through your gameplay and cashier activity, and data provided to us by payment processors for the purpose of transaction verification and fraud prevention.

qq11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qq11 will notify registered Pakistan players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, and the updated Terms will be published at qq11.onl/terms-and-conditions with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the qq11 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cease using qq11 and request account closure via our 24/7 English-language support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming platform governance. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of qq11, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through qq11's internal complaint process, which is managed by the English-language customer support team available 24/7 via Live Chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process within 14 days of formal notification, either party may request escalation to qq11's Dispute Resolution team, which will review the matter independently and issue a written decision within 30 days. qq11's Dispute Resolution team's decision is final and binding on both parties in respect of amounts up to 500,000 PKR.
